The examination committee is an apex body of an institution which is headed by the examination incharge and other members. All kind of work related to examination ( External and Internal) is undertaken by the committee.

The examination committee functions in accordance with the schedule framed by Himachal Pradesh University for the conduct of final examinations of undergraduate classes.The date-sheet is displayed timely for the information of students. Any clashes/changes reported to the university are notified and displayed to the students. The duty lists are prepared by the committee in consultation with the principal.
The committee also prepares date-sheets for annual practical examination and internal minor tests.
Any problem faced by the students regarding examination is addressed by the committee for its redressal.
During the academic session 2019-2020, the university conducted examination only for final year (VI semester) due to Covid-19 Pandemic.As per the guidelines of MHRD and UGC,all necessary precautions were taken for the smooth conduct of examination.(e.g.Social distancing in seating plan,daily thermal scanning ,sanitisation of examination hall after every session,use of gloves,masks and face shields by examination staff,sanitisation of exam material etc.)
No positive case was reported during the entire examination.
