DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE:
It shall be the duty of the Discipline Committee to ensure compliance with the provisions of UGC/AICTE Regulations on curbing the Menace and Indiscipline behavior in the campus as well as to monitor the prevention of in-disciplinary activity in the institution.
The role of the Disciplinary Committee is to:
1. Collect the facts of all complaint arising under the Code of Ethics;
2. Determine if a complaint has merit;
3. Facilitate an amicable resolution to a complaint where possible;
4. Conduct all disciplinary hearings;
5. Make a decision on a complaint after the completion of the disciplinary proceedings;
Fact Finding Interview:
• Interviews may be conducted with the complainant(s), respondent(s), witnesses and others.
• Appropriate, written witness statements may be obtained and followed up by the fact finder committee.
All notes of complainant / witness will include the following information:• Name of the Complainant. • Date and time of the interview•Faculty representatives
