Department of Microbiology established in the year 2009 to promote education in the field of Microbiology Under Graduate level. The department has well equipped laboratories, classrooms with excellent teaching aids and is actively involved in teaching and research. Students are encouraged to participate in scientific activities not only as a component of their prescribed studies but also as a mutual contribution for the college and society.
The mission of the department is to educate and train students in the discipline of microbiology and to expand the knowledge of the scientific field through class projects and demonstrations.
Our vision is to produce highly qualified and competent students in all areas of Microbiology.
