MENTORING SYSTEM
St. Bede’s College has developed a well-structured student mentoring system. Here the students are divided into groups of about 30 each. All the groups are assigned mentors who perform mentoring duties.
Our mentoring system aims at bridging the gap between the teachers and students. The students can approach their mentors not only for educational but also personal guidance. This mentor-mentee system centres around the various needs of our students. The mentors counsel them often and help them solve their problems. They guide them so that they can make the most of their college life, maximizing their academic potential and also promoting their personal development.
Value education is the most important feature of our mentoring system. It includes character development, personality development and spiritual development. It aims at training the young, inexperienced students to face the outside world with right attitude and values.
