Issue
of Certificates

- Applications for Character and Discharge Certificates
should be made at least two days in advance.
- Before a Character Certificates is issued lecturers
teaching the student and the Mentor should fill the
credit card of the student which will also be submitted
along with the application.
- Ex-students who write for certificates within one
year of leaving College should include reply postage.
Ex-students more than one year out of College, should
include a fee of Rs.500/- for every 10 years. Those
livivg overseas must include Rs.200/- in addition
for postage.
- A duplicate copy of any certificate will be issued
on payment of Rs. 10/- if it is within the year, or
Rs. 50/- if later.
- Migration can be obtained form the H.P. Board of
Education. or from the H.P. University. Forms must
be bought and filled.
